CORA LEE HOOD

Cora Lee Hood, 73, died on Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, at MUSC Health Kershaw Medical Center in Camden.

Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Adam and Corinne Hood. Miss Hood was a member of Long Branch Baptist Church and was a retired employee of Craig Industries.

Surviving are two nieces, Patti Barrett of Sumter and Carla Malabre of New Jersey; four nephews, Ray Bolser of Dalzell, John Benenhaley of Wedgefield, Scott Bolser and David Bolser, both of Columbia.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Long Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jonathan Bradshaw officiating.
