CODY M. HALL

Cody Michael Hall, 15, son of Stacey and Wesley Pack, died Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010, in Manning.

Born March 28, 1995, in Fairbanks, Alaska, he was a son of Stacey Williamson Pack and Michael Gary Hall. He was a sophomore at Laurence Manning Academy, where he played both offense and defense on the varsity football team. He loved to hunt, fish, duck hunt and loved the outdoors. He will always be remembered as a wonderful, great son who loved his family.

Survivors besides his parents of Sumter include two brothers, Conner Pack and Joshua Pack of the home; grandparents, Frank Williamson, Tim Mitchum, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Davis and Mr. and Mrs. Hazel Pack; great-grandparents, Betty Guyton, Carolyn Ward and Mr. and Mrs. Francis Williamson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Leo Guyton and Nancy Mitchum.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010, at the Laurence Manning Academy gymnasium with the Rev. F. Arthur Sharpe officiating. Burial followed in Evergreen Memorial Park in Sumter.
