CLEMMIE ANN PARTIN EPPERLY

Clemmie Ann Partin Epperly, age 83, beloved wife of the late Fredrick Lee Epperly, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021, at NHC Healthcare in Sumter.

Born on Jan. 4, 1938, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Tommy James Partin and Ester Mae Brown Partin. She was "Annie" to those who knew and loved her. She had an outgoing personality and was a friend to all. Annie was a member of the Newcomers Club, Sumter Baptist Temple and an avid party and duplicate bridge player.

Surviving are her grandson, Landon Michael Brown of Keller, Texas; and a special cousin, "Butch" Earl Shuler of California, who jokingly says "Annie cheated me at checkers" when they were growing up.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Marion Lee Brown; and her brother, Thomas Leroy Partin.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday in the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel. A private interment will be held in the Sumter Cemetery.
