NEW YORK, New York — Claudis Lee Frazier Jr., 69, died on May 24, 2024, at his residence 1155 Lawrenceville Hwy., Lawrenceville, Georgia. He was born June 6, 1954, a son of Mary A. Buckson-Frazier and the late Claudis Lee Frazier Sr.
Public viewing will be held Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2024, at Providence AME Church, with burial in Churchyard Cemetery.
These services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
