All ages welcome at 'Laughter at the Library' Aug. 29

MANNING - The Harvin Clarendon County Library is hosting "Laughter at the Library" on Thursday, Aug. 29.

What is "laughter yoga?" You laugh, clap, cheer for each other, smile, chant and have fun like children. No special clothing or yoga mat is needed, and you won't be doing "typical" yoga poses. Join us as we laugh, giggle, guffaw, maybe even snort. Laughter is an aerobic exercise getting you to breathe and move.

All ages and abilities are welcome.

"Laughter at the Library" is facilitated by Laughing Swans' Lynne VanHeusden, a certified laughter yoga teacher. You can reach her at (512) 913-9447.

For more information on what's happening at HCCL, call the library at (803) 435-8633 or visit it at 215 N. Brooks St. The library also has a Facebook page, Harvin Clarendon County Library, and a website, clarendoncountylibrary.com.
