City of Sumter recognizes Ward 2's Blassingame for graduating from state program

The City of Sumter congratulated Sumter City Councilman James Blassingame, who represents Ward 2, for graduating from the South Carolina Economic Development Institute's Community and Economic Development Program earlier this month. The program, a partnership between the South Carolina Department of Commerce and the South Carolina Economic Developers' Association, focuses on communication and leadership, community development, business and industrial development and product development.
