LaGree AME Church, 2920 Kolb Road, announces:
- Children's Day and Promotion Sunday Worship will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, June 8. Speaker will be Sister Armonte’ Jade Harvin. Music will be provided by the Male Choir.
- A one-night revival will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, June 13. The Revivalist will be Bishop Harry Clark, pastor of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Music provided by visiting choirs.
First Baptist Missionary Church, 219 S. Washington St., announces:
- A Food Pantry Giveaway will be held on Friday, June 13, at 1 p.m. while supplies last.

- June 14, 2025 - THE SHIFT Conference will begin at 10 a.m. with coffee and refreshments. Speaker Liz Goerski will teach on the "Healing Power of Jesus." Morning sessions will be on "Healing & Identity" and "Words of Knowledge." Afternoon session, which will include lunch, will be on "Deliverance." Liz's ministry is a call to action, inspiring Christians to step out in faith and embrace the fullness of their God-given authority. The Lord uses Liz in a diverse range of spiritual gifts including healing, deliverance, evangelism, prophecy and teaching. Through prayer, she has witnessed extraordinary miracles: healing of cancer, deafness, broken bones, etc. With a heart for activating others, Liz combines wisdom and personal testimony to encourage believers to experience the miraculous themselves. Liz's mission is clear: to be a vessel through which God's love and power flow, transforming lives and stirring hearts to awaken to their divine purpose. All are welcome. Admission is free.
