CHARLES RAYMOND GRABER

Raymond Charles Graber, 83, husband of Claudia Maria Schwendenwein Graber, died Friday, May 24, 2024, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born in Albany, Oregon, he was a son of the late Milo Russel Graber and Opal Grace Wells Graber.

Mr. Graber was a retired U.S. Air Force captain and a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was also a retired mechanical engineer with Sumter Machinery Co.

Surviving are his wife; a sister, Lois Gustafsen; a niece, Christie Smith; and three nephews, Rodney Smith, Bradley Smith and Scott Smith.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.
