Brogdon-Watford

Mr. and Mrs. William Turner Brogdon III announce the engagement of their daughter, Kendall Morgan Brogdon, to Samuel Larand Watford, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Benjamin Watford, all of Sumter.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lillis Turner Brogdon and the late Mr. William Turner Brogdon Jr. and Mrs. Betty Ann McGee and the late Mr. Herbert McGee, all of Sumter. She graduated from Wilson Hall, the University of South Carolina Honors College and the Medical University of South Carolina with a Masters of Health Administration. She is employed as a campaign manager by MUSC Health.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Rachel Windham Watford and the late Benjamin Larand Watford Jr. of Lamar and the late Linda Goodson Hance of Columbia and the late Mr. Robert Howell Sharp of Sumter. He graduated from Wilson Hall and Clemson University. He is employed as director of safety at Wilson Hall.

The wedding is planned for Dec. 31, 2022, at Graham Baptist Church in Sumter.
