Bassmaster Elite Series Santee Cooper airs on ESPN 2 on Nov. 15

CLARENDON COUNTY - A one-hour highlight show from the Bassmaster Elite Series Santee Cooper Lakes Tournament will be broadcast on ESPN 2 from 1 to 2 p.m. Nov. 15.

ESPN Classic will air the highlight show at 2 p.m. Nov. 28, 11 a.m. Nov. 29 and 10 a.m. Dec. 13.

Clarendon County Delinquent Tax Sale set for Nov. 16 at Weldon

MANNING - The Clarendon County Delinquent Tax Sale will be held from 10 a.m. until on Nov. 16 at Weldon Auditorium, 7 Maple St. Registration for the sale will be held from 8 to 9 a.m. Attendees must wear masks and maintain social distancing.

Clarendon Rec Youth Basketball Registration ends Nov. 20

MANNING - Registration for the Clarendon County Recreation Department Youth Basketball Program will end on Nov. 20.

Persons may register at the J.C. Britton Park Recreation Office, 3057 Raccoon Road, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday or at the Turbeville office, 1380 Gamble St., from 4 to 7 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

No registrations will be accepted by anyone other than a parent or guardian.

When registering, parents or guardians must supply a copy of the child's birth certificate, $40 registration fee and sign the "Parent's Code of Conduct" and a COVID-19 waiver.

Entries being accepted for Christmas Card Art Contest

MANNING - The Clarendon County Recreation Department is accepting entries for its 2020 Christmas Card Art Contest.

The contest is open to students throughout the county in grades one through four. The entries may be drawn with crayons, paints, pens, markers or pencils on plain white copy paper. Please do not submit entries on lined or dark paper or entries that have been traced or copied.

Entries will be picked up from the county's schools on Nov. 20, or the entries can be dropped off at the recreation department's office, 3057 Raccoon Road, before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and before noon Nov. 20.

Storytime at Harvin Library is held on Wednesdays on Facebook

MANNING - The Harvin Clarendon County Library, 215 N. Brooks St., will host Storytime at 10:30 a.m. every Wednesday on Facebook live.
