Bishopville Mayor Luke Giddings signs a proclamation designating April 18 as "Two Lights for Tomorrow" day in Bishopville - a call for residents and public buildings to "Light Up Lee" by placing two lights in the window or two lanterns on your porch to commemorate the 250th anniversary of Paul Revere's famous ride warning the British are coming - "One if by land, two if by sea." With Giddings were members of Lee County 250 Dot Smith, Frances Kelley, Mattie Mack and Annie McIlhenny.
