Kevin Carter and KaSandra McCombs of Sumter announce the birth of a daughter, Addison Grace Carter, on Dec. 14, 2006, at Tuomey Regional Medical Center.
Addison Grace weighed 7 pounds and 9 ounces. She was 20 ½ inches long.
