MANNING – Two Clarendon County residents died early Saturday morning following a single-vehicle accident on Raccoon Road.

Benjamin Dalton Page, 21, and Eaddy Grace Osteen, 18, both alumni of Laurence Manning Academy, died after the accident. They were the only people in the vehicle.

Page went by Dalton. He was working with his father in the forestry/logging industry after having completed his post-secondary studies.

Osteen was a student at Clemson University.

The deaths have been confirmed by Clarendon County Coroner Jackie Blackwell and Laurence Manning Academy. LMA posted on Facebook Saturday morning and asked that people "please be in prayer for these families during this difficult time."

According to their obituaries, both of which LMA posted on Facebook, funeral services have not yet been announced. Stephens Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of both arrangements.

More information will be updated here as it becomes available. Further details of the incident are being withheld pending the results of autopsies that will be conducted early next week.
