Oscar is friendly, loving and perfect

Oscar, 2-4 years old, is a perfect boy. He is very friendly and loving to all the volunteers. Oscar is the perfect combination of cute and cuddly. He likes nothing better than to be held and petted. He is very neat and low maintenance. Oscar will make a perfect companion for anyone as long as they allow him to be a couch potato. As with all of our adoptable pets, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required.
