NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been commenced and is now pending or is about to be commenced in the Circuit Court upon the complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendant for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage of real estate heretofore given by S & K Contracting Services LLC to NWL Company, LLC bearing date of June 2, 2023 and recorded June 7, 2023 in Mortgage Book 1315 at Page 2218 in the Register of Mesne Conveyances/Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court for Sumter County, in the original principal sum of One Hundred Two Thousand Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($102,050.00). In order to further secure the payment of the Note, a Collateral Assignment of Leases and Rents was recorded June 7, 2023 in Book 1315 at Page 2241. Thereafter, the mortgage was assigned to the Plaintiff by assignment to be recorded in said ROD Office., and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Sumter, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with the Improvements thereon, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Sumter, State of South Carolina, containing 0.85 acres, and bounding as follows: On the Northeast by Guignard Park East and measuring thereon 113.39', on the Southeast by lands now or formerly of Carolina Coca Cola Bottling Company measuring thereon 327.38', on the Southwest by US Highway No.15 measuring thereon 113.39' and Northwest measuring thereon 327.00' ; all said measurements being a little more or less. For a more particular description reference Is hereby made to plat by Joseph R. Edwards, Land Surveyor, dated April 11, 2000, and recorded In the Office of the Register of Deeds for Sumter County in Plat Book PB2000, page 592.
