YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Complaint upon the subscriber at his office at 26 North Main Street, Sumter, South Carolina 29150, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

ORDER FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN AD LITEM NISI
For good cause shown and upon consideration of Plaintiffs' Motion for Appointment of Garryl L. Deas, Esquire, as Guardian Ad Litem Nisi to protect the interest of unknown Defendants, Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown, minors, Defendants who may be under legal disability, and as Attorney to represent persons on active duty in Military Service, and it appearing that Garryl L. Deas, Esquire, is a fit and proper person to serve in such capacities, and that he has consented to said appointment, pursuant to Rule 17, South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, it is hereby
ORDERED That Garryl L. Deas, Esquire, of the Sumter Bar, whose address is The Deas Law Firm, 109 North Main Street, Sumter, South Carolina 29150, Telephone Number (803) 775-7004, be and he is hereby appointed Guardian Ad Litem Nisi on behalf of all unknown persons who may have or may claim to have some interest in or claim to the real property described in the Complaint filed in this action, all persons entitled to claim under or through them; any unknown adults being, as a class, designated as John Doe and Jane Doe, and any unknown infants or persons under disability designated, as a class, as Richard Roe and Mary Roe and persons who may be on active duty in the Military Service of the United States of America, and may be, as such, entitled to the benefits of the Service Member's Civil Relief Act, formerly called the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, and any amendments thereto, any and/or all of whom may have or claim to have some interest in these proceedings; and it is further
ORDERED that Garryl L. Deas, Esquire, is empowered and directed to appear on behalf of and to represent said Defendant(s) unless the said Defendant(s), or someone on their behalf shall, within thirty (30) days after service of a copy hereof as directed, procure the appointment of a Guardian or Guardians Ad Litem for the said Defendant(s); and it is further
ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be forthwith served upon said Defendants by publication in The Sumter Item, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in Sumter County and in the surrounding counties in the State of South Carolina, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, together with the Summons, and Notice of Filing of the Complaint.
