Both teams from Sumter, Manning and East Clarendon will open at home as will the Lakewood boys, Crestwood girls, the Lee Central boys and the Scott's Branch girls.
The two teams that will open on the road are the Lakewood girls and the Lee Central girls.
The Sumter boys will play host to Goose Creek in the first round of the 5A state playoffs on Wednesday. The Gamecocks are 16-6 overall and won the Region VI title with a 9-1 record. Goose Creek finished fifth in Region VII and is 12-10.
Sumter is assured of two home games as long as it wins the opener. The winner of the Sumter-Goose Creek game will face either Wando or Irmo in the second round.
The SHS girls earned a home game with a 60-46 win over Conway on Saturday in Florence that gave it second place in the region. The 16-6 Lady Gamecocks will play host to White Knoll on Tuesday. White Knoll finished fifth in Region V and is 9-12.
The Sumter-White Knoll winner will face either Fort Dorchester or Dutch Fork in the second round.
The Crestwood girls will open the 4A playoffs on Tuesday against Dreher. The Lady Knights shared the Region VI title and are 18-3 on the season. Dreher finished fourth in Region V and is 8-13.
Crestwood is assured of three home games as long as it wins. The Dreher-Crestwood winner will face either North Myrtle Beach or Berkeley in the second round.
The Lakewood girls will play at Region V No. 1 Lower Richland on Tuesday in the 4A playoffs. The Lady Gators finished fourth in Region VI and are 9-10. LR is 14-9.
The LR-LHS winner will face either Cane Bay or Wilson in the second round.
The Lakewood boys will be at home on Wednesday against Dreher in the 4A state playoffs. The Gators are 16-9 and won the Region VI title for a second straight season. Dreher finished fourth in Region V and is 9-13.
As long as it wins, Lakewood can be at home for three games. The LHS-Dreher winner will take on either North Myrtle Beach or Colleton County in the second round.
The Lee Central boys will play host to Eau Claire on Wednesday in the 2A state playoffs. The Stallions are 20-3 and went undefeated in winning Region IV. Eau Claire finished fourth in Region III and is 11-12.
Lee Central is assured of two home games. The LC-EC winner will face either Christ Church or Abbeville in the second round.
The Lee Central girls will play at Saluda on Tuesday in the 2A playoffs. The Lady Stallions are 8-11 and finished third in Region IV. Saluda finished second in Region III and is 16-5.
The LC-Saluda winner will face either Christ Church or Abbeville.
The Manning boys will play host to Bluffton on Tuesday in the opening round of the 3A state playoffs. The Monarchs are 16-6 and finished second in Region VII. Bluffton, 15-8, finished third in Region VIII.
The Manning-Bluffton winner will take on either Loris or the Region V No. 4 team in the second round.
The Manning girls will be at home on Monday in the opening round of the 3A playoffs. The Lady Monarchs finished second in Region VII and are 19-5. They will face 11-11 May River, the No. 3 team from Region VIII.
The East Clarendon and Scott's Branch girls teams got a first-round bye in the 1A state playoffs on winning their regions.
EC, which played for the lower state title last season, is 15-5 and went 9-1 to win Region VI. The Lady Wolverines will play host to the winner of Monday's first-round contest between Military Magnet and Cross.
Scott's Branch is 10-5 overall and went 8-0 to win Region V. The Lady Eagles will face the winner of the first-round game between Hannah-Pamplico and Baptist Hill.
The East Clarendon boys will be at home against St. John's on Tuesday in the 1A playoffs. EC finished third in Region VII and is 9-11, while SJ finished third in Region IV and is 12-11.
The winner of this game will play at C.E. Murray on Friday.
