Sumter Today: Sumter Fire Department shallow water rescue training

For today's show, we headed back out to training with the Sumter Fire Department. This time, we tagged along as they practiced for shallow water rescues. Not only do they have to train to fight back fires, but often they're the first on the scene for any emergency.
