Sumter Today: A new program is changing the culture in Sumter schools

If you've ever heard or read "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People," you'll probably see some similarities to what students at Shaw Heights Elementary School are learning. We stopped by the school on the base for a ceremony they held for its first Student Leader in Me Breakfast. They honored selected Leaders of the Month in front of their families as a way to promote the seven habits they're all learning throughout the year, and teachers say it's already changing the culture across the school.
