Sumter County Sheriff's Office advisory board to meet in Cherryvale Monday

Sumter County Sheriff’s Office’s Citizen Community Relation Advisory Board will from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Cherryvale Community Center, 4340 Confederate Road.

Speakers include Michelle Potts who will discuss criminal records and Caroline Rogerson of Palmetto Youth Connection.

There will also be a presentation from the Crime Prevention Office and sheriff Anthony Dennis.

Public comment signup sheets will be available prior to the meeting. Comments are limited to two minutes per person and all comments are taken for information only. The board will not respond to comments.

The public is encouraged to attend.
