ROCKVILLE - Elizabeth Stanyarne Stevens and Justin Nathan McInnis were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Grace Chapel.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Ellen Stevens and the late Dr. Constantine Y. Stevens of Sumter, and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Seabrook Whaley of Charleston. She graduated from Wilson Hall and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of Charleston and a Master of Psychology from The Citadel.
The bridegroom is the son of Julia Leigh McInnis of Lake Wylie and Nathan McInnis of Florence, Kentucky, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James A. Stone, Mrs. Annie Bell McInnis and the late David McInnis, all of Lake Wylie. He graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in International Business. He is employed as an international drayage analyst with CH Robinson, Charleston.
The Rev. John Sosknowski officiated.
Music was provided by Mrs. Sally Dixon, organist.
The bride was escorted by her brother, Mikell Y. Stevens.
Sterling Winn Mitchum served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Donna Blythe Davis, Simone Provence Killoren, Stephanie Fiesta Martin, Jennifer Leigh Joyner, Randid Nicole Coker, Mary Katherine Lavender, Danielle Eulata Brandon, Christiana Hope Davies and Amber Elysse Posey. Flower girls were Claire Hanckel Kovach and Motley May Mitchum.
Gary Dover served as best man. Groomsmen were Curtis Lamard McGill, Tommy Garrett Campbell III, Matthew Thomas Kepple, Kaith McLorin Young, Jamontrice Tamahl Walker, Gary Michael Dover, Robert Marcel Jackson, Cane Franklin Hoffman and Lucas John Davidson.
The reception was given by the bride's mother at the Stevens' home in Rockville.
The rehearsal party was given by the bridegroom's mother at the Stevens' home.
The couple resides in North Charleston.
