Sheriff's office citizen advisory board to meet

The Sumter County Sheriff's Office will hold its quarterly meeting for its Citizen Community Relations Advisory Board on Monday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the North HOPE Center, 904 N. Main St.

Joe Perry will discuss Sumter County's communications strategy, and Lt. Nina Walters will talk about Family Court, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.

Signup sheets for public comment will be available prior to the meeting. Comments will be limited to two minutes per person, and all comments will be taken for information only. The board will not respond to comments.
