LARGO, Md. - Ruth Yvonne Howard, 80, died on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Doctor's Community Hospital in Lanham, Maryland.
She was born on May 18, 1937, in Clarendon County, a daughter of the late John Wheeler and Virginia Leck Fulton.
Funeral services for Mrs. Howard will be held at noon on Monday at Melina Presbyterian Church (USA), 3539 Black River Road, Gable, with the Rev. Samuel Sparks, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at the churchyard cemetery.
