Posted

Robin Nicole "Squeaky" Davis was born Sept. 1, 1986, in Sumter, a daughter of Shirley Davis and Robert Sims. She departed this life on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Palmetto Health Tuomey.

Robin received her education in the public schools of Sumter County. She was a graduate of Lakewood High School Class of 2004. She was employed by Caterpillar of Sumter as a part inspector. She was also a former manager for McDonalds (Sumter District). Robin enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved to dress well and everything had to match. Robin had a great love for her children and family. She always kept a bright smile on her face. Everybody she came in contact with loved her, her smile and her sense of humor.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her parents, Shirley Davis and Robert Sims of the home; three children, Keonte' Tomlin, Cor'Niya Wright and Ka'Morie Wright, all of Sumter; one brother, Colin Davis of Sumter; her companion, Cory Wright of Sumter; aunts, Rosa D. Sims (Everett) Stokes of Manning, and Ronda F. Way, Shirley H. Davis, Ruth Davis and Valerie Peay, all of Sumter; uncles, Timothy Robinson of Charleston, Jeremiah Sims of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Edward (Beverly) Sims of Spring Lake, North Carolina, Christopher (Jill) Williams of Raleigh, North Carolina, and the Rev. Johnnie (Barbara) Davis of Sumter; three reared in the home as sisters, Raven Davis, Jasmine Peay and Zykeria Jefferson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She will be truly missed by all that she came in contact with.

She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents, Thelma Davis Way, Albert Tindal, Isaac Stokes, Jimmie Sims and Rosa Mae Sims; one uncle, Willie McFadden; and one aunt, Mary E. Williams.
