River is a 2-year-old male Cairn terrier mix. He is current on all vaccinations, has been neutered and has tested negative for heartworms. River is a sweet baby that needs some attention. He has lived a rough life, and it's time for him to find his furever home. We have been working with this baby since we got him, and he has been doing great.
