Cedric Dawson, 36, of Dixie Street, was arrested on Saturday for allegedly punching the victim in the arm and pushing her in the chest during an argument with another person. According to an incident report from Sumter Police Department, the victim tried to break up the argument between Dawson and the other person.
Russell A. Wilbanks, 37, of South Pike East, was arrested on Friday and charged with second degree domestic violence after he allegedly broke the front driver's side window of a vehicle and attempted to grab the victim. Two children were present during the incident.
