PAULA J. STANLEY

MADISONVILLE, Tenn. - Paula J. Stanley, age 62, of Madisonville, passed away at 10:35 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, at her home.

She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. She worked as a respiratory therapist for three years at Blount Memorial Hospital. She also worked at Tuomey Healthcare Systems for 20 years and at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Indiana, for more than 20 years. She was a loving mother, a lifelong teacher, caregiver to many and a devoted wife, who always put others first. She always found the time and patience for everyone in her life.

Survivors include John Stanley, her husband of 40 years; sons and daughter-in-law, Jacob Stanley, and Benjamin Stanley and Anita Lantz; sisters, Ellie Dieckmeyer, Connie Kretsch, Janice Murray, Margaret Andrews, Rosey Boszor and Mother Christine Murray; and brothers, Tom Murray, John Murray and Phil Murray.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church with Father Julius Abuh officiating.

Rosary service will be held at 8 p.m. on Thursday.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
