PAMELA SINGLETON-MILLHOUSE

Pamela Ophelia Singleton-Millhouse, 53, was called home to rest in the arms of her loving Savior on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Palmetto Health Tuomey.

Born on Feb. 17, 1965, in Sumter County, she was a daughter of the late Josh Frazier Jr. and Lula Bell Singleton. Pamela accepted Christ at an early age. She was baptized and became a member of and attended Rafting Creek Baptist Church. Her most recent affiliation was with Emancipation Baptist Church, St. Matthews. Pamela attended the public schools of Sumter County and was a graduate of Sumter High School, Chris Logan Career College and Central Carolina Technical College. She was employed at Bendix / Allied Signal for many years and with Covenant Place at the time of her passing.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Elijah Millhouse, husband; a loving family that includes two daughters, Shanitra (Jabari) Deas of Columbia and Margot Singleton of the home; two sons, Pharis (Tiffany) Singleton of Orangeburg and Teyan Singleton of Sumter; six grandchildren; three sisters, Margaret Carson of Goldsboro, North Carolina, Renee (Allen) Jenkins and Wanda (Cliff) Kershaw; two brothers, Deacon John (Steral) Singleton of Rembert and Josh D. Frazier of Sumter; one sister-in-law, Patricia Singleton of Rembert; a host of other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 5 Brand St., Sumter.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Rafting Creek Baptist Church, 3860 S.C. 261 North, Rembert, with the Rev. Melvin Mack, pastor, the Rev. Burdell Hill, pastor of Emancipation Baptist Church, St. Matthews, eulogist.

The remains will be placed in the church at 1 p.m.

The funeral procession will leave at 1:20 p.m. from the home.

Burial will be at Rafting Creek Baptist Churchyard Cemetery.
