NANCY M. HATHAWAY

Nancy Maines Hathaway, 62, wife of Joseph M. Hathaway Sr., died on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, at her home.

Born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of Robert Maines and the late Mabel McCartney Maines.

Surviving are her husband of Sumter; a daughter, Kimberly Schaffer (Jeff) of Sumter; two sons, Dr. Joseph Hathaway Jr. (Tina) of Savannah, Georgia, and Peter Hathaway (Julie) of Columbus, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Mary Hathaway.

She was predeceased by a son, John Hathaway.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at St. Jude Catholic Church.

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Clearfield.
