May Burns McMillan, 84, widow of Joseph McMillan Jr., departed this life on Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, in Rock Hill.
She was born on Aug. 24, 1934, in Florence, a daughter of the late W.M. Alexander Burns and Elouise Owens Burns.
