MARY LOU M. ACHZIGER
Mary Lou McLean Achziger, 82, wife of Harvey Walter Achziger Sr., passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at her home.
Born on June 23, 1935, in Charlotte, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Harold Jack McLean Sr. and Mary Roberts McLean. She retired from McLean Marine Inc. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 56 years; two children, Mary Katherine "Kaye" Achziger and Harvey Walter Achziger Jr (Tammy); and one granddaughter, McLean Marie Achziger, all of Sumter.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Dan Barber officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home.
