Keith L. Smithwick, 50, died on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, at his home.
Born in Sumter, he was a son of the late David Earl Smithwick and Ruby Lambert Smithwick Galloway.
Survivors include three sisters, Donna Smithwick, Sherry Shelly and Denise Lewis (Morgan), all of Sumter; seven nieces; one nephew; six great-nieces; two great-nephews; and a longtime friend, Earl Austin.
Services will be private.
Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
