JOSEPH C. CATOE
Funeral services for Joseph C. Catoe, 58, who entered into rest on Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday in the chapel of Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home. The Rev. Brandon Barkley will officiate. Burial will be at Piedmont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Born in Camden, he was a son of LeGay Richburg Elmore. He retired from Forklift Systems of Nashville, Tennessee. Joseph loved his family and friends dearly. He enjoyed riding his Harley, NASCAR, playing his guitar with his band, Bone Dry, and making people laugh.
Surviving are his mother, LeGay Elmore of Bishopville; sisters, Tammy (Benjie) Atkinson of Hartsville and Sheila (Billy) Smith of Bishopville; uncle, Babe (Audrey) Catoe of Bishopville; also nieces, nephew, great-niece and great-nephews.
