HAZEL SAINE FERRELL
MARIETTA, Ga. - Hazel Saine Ferrell, 90, formerly of Marietta, died on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, in Sumter.
Born in Forsythe County, she was a daughter of the late Mike L. and Minnie Wehunt Saine. She was a member of Olive Springs Baptist Church in Marietta and the Fair Oaks Community Club. She retired from ITE Electrical Products with more than 25 years of service. She was a gracious woman who loved the Lord, her family, and sharing her legendary cooking with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Stephen Ferrell; their three sons, Steve, Tommy and Robert Ferrell; and three siblings, Ben Saine, Claude Saine and Lois Saine Wehunt.
Survivors include her brother, Paul (Barbara) Saine; three grandchildren, Andrew (Brittany) Ferrell, Rebecca Ferrell and David (Ryane) Ferrell; two great-grandsons, Morgan and Jaxon Ferrell; her daughter-in-law, Judith Ferrell; her niece, Rita Sue Caylor; and a nephew, Allan Saine.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Carmichael Funeral Home, 1130 Whitlock Ave., Marietta, with visitation one hour before the service. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park, 2000 Cobb Parkway.
