Agenda item: A procurement resolution to enter a contract with Palmetto Corporation of Conway for the Hampton and Sumter Streets Resurfacing Project.
Background: The $265,310.70 project will include the resurfacing of existing asphalt on Sumter Street between Atlantic and West Fulton streets and Hampton Street between North Washington Street and North Lafayette Drive. In total, .7 miles of road will be resurfaced.
