City of Sumter calls special meeting to discuss '19 budget

Sumter City Council will hold a special called meeting today at 6 p.m. at the Fire Training Facility on McCrays Mill Road.
The agenda states the meeting will be a workshop to discuss the proposed budget for fiscal year 2019.
