BRUCE A. CRAWFORD SR.

Bruce Allan Crawford Sr., 66, died on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018, at his home.

Born on May 16, 1952, in Sumter, he was a son of the late Paul and Joanne Cole Crawford. Mr. Crawford was a member of Sumter First Southern Methodist Church. He served in the U.S. Army. He retired from the Sumter Police Department after 25 years of service.

Survivors include a daughter, Amber "Krissie" C. Gregory of Sumter; two sons, Bruce Allan Crawford Jr. (Taylor) and Brandon Crawford (fianc e, Ashleigh Gentele), both of Sumter; two grandchildren, Camden Crawford and Paisley Crawford; one sister, Pam Crawford Kruschke (Tracy) of Spring Green, Wisconsin; one brother, David B. Crawford of North Myrtle Beach; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Sumter First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Greg Pressley officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Sumter First Church of the Nazarene and other times at the home.
