CHARGES

Carla S. Smith, 21, of 1325 Norwood Road, Olanta, was arrested on June 1 and charged with assault by mob, third degree, for allegedly striking the victim in the head with a beer bottle, causing a laceration to the forehead, and punching the victim in the face during an altercation in the 1300 block of Norwood Road on Aug. 9.

Alexander Z. Goodwin, 22, of 2490 Desmond Drive, was arrested on May 31 and charged with larceny for allegedly taking a lawnmower valued at $250 from a lot in the 2400 block of Desmond Drive on April 15.

Austin S. Huber, 17, of 120 Elkhorn Trail, was arrested Thursday and charged with first- and third-degree burglary for allegedly taking tools valued at $490 from a residence in the first block of Bridgepoint Drive on May 24 and allegedly taking yard equipment valued at $365 from a storage container in the 2600 block of Circleview Drive on May 26.

Christina Moore, 19, of 3165 Starview Drive, Dalzell, was arrested on June 8 and charged with grand larceny for allegedly taking $5,000 in cash from a safe belonging to another person while in the 1700 block of North St. Pauls Church Road on May 14.

Willie J. Junious, 25, of 1027 Plowden Mill Road, was arrested on Thursday and charged with second-degree domestic violence for allegedly pulling the victim out of a vehicle and twisting and shaking the victim while in the 5700 block of Cane Savannah Road on June 4.

Frederick A. Billie, 32, of 116 Carolina Ave., was arrested on Thursday and charged with second-degree domestic violence for allegedly striking the victim in the face and head multiple times with a closed fist at a location in Sumter County on June 7.

STOLEN PROPERTY

A black wallet, unknown brand, valued at $20, containing $180 in cash and debit cards, and a black Kenwood GPS valued at $1,200 were reportedly stolen from a 2013 Jeep Compass while parked at a church in the 5800 block of Spring Hill Road, Rembert.

A red Baja Wilderness Trail 250 four-wheeler valued at $2,000 and an air-conditioning unit valued at $100 were reportedly stolen from a residence in the 4600 block of Old Stone Road about midnight on Saturday.

A gray 2002 Harley-Davidson FLTRI Road Glide motorcycle valued at $7,000 was reportedly stolen while parked at a residence in the 5400 block of Neighborhood Road, Mayesville, between 10 a.m. on Saturday and 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.

A white 2005 Buick Rainier valued at $3,000 was reportedly stolen while parked at a lot in the 2900 block of Queen Chapel Road between 6 and 10:35 p.m. on Saturday.
