$10,000 in cash reportedly stolen from home

Ten-thousand dollars in cash was reportedly stolen from a residence in the 1800 block of Amberwood Drive between 4 and 10 a.m. on Monday.

A black 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse with paper tags from S&W Used Cars valued at approximately $4,100 was reportedly stolen while it was parked at a residence in the 4100 block of Congruity Road, Gable. It was discovered missing at 7:15 a.m. on Monday.

A Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner valued at $400; a baby crib, unknown make, valued at $350; a Shark vacuum cleaner valued at $200; a Stanley shop-vacuum cleaner valued at $50; a 42-inch LG flat-screen TV valued at $425; a Samsung surround sound bar audio device valued at $250; a Canon N-5420 printer valued at $200; a black Craftsman stack-on tool box valued at $500; assorted hand tools valued at $3,000; a Ryobi lithium battery tool combo set - drill, flashlight, sawzall and circular saw - valued at $250; a Husqvarna high-wheel push lawn mower valued at $400; assorted clothing valued at $500; a computer chair, unknown make, valued at $100; a Lego toy collection valued at $300; assorted baby toys valued at $100; and a slow cooker, unknown make, valued at $50, were reportedly stolen from a rental storage unit in the 3700 block of Broad Street on Monday.

A large spool of black wiring, unknown make, valued at $500, was reportedly stolen from a residence in the 5100 Scenic Lake Drive East, Rembert, on Monday.

Two air-conditioning units, unknown makes, valued at $800, and a metal stand, unknown make, valued at $200, were reportedly stolen from a hotel in the 4200 block of Broad Street on Monday.

A 10-inch speaker box, unknown makes, valued at $300, and a silver JL audio amplifier, valued at $200, were reportedly stolen from a gray 1998 Honda Civic while parked in a parking lot in the 2500 block of Broad Street between 6 p.m. on Friday and 7:15 a.m. on Monday. According to an incident report from Sumter Police Department, the victim reported $50 in additional damage caused to the vehicle when a side window of the vehicle was broken.
