Rembert Area Community Coalition will have entertainment for the whole family on Saturday, June 10, at 6785 Bradley St., Rembert (behind the Rembert Car Wash). There will be games, food, live music, potato sack races, face painting, vendors and more. Registration and check-in will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Vendors spots are available for $15. Lee County Adult Education in collaboration with the Division of Workforce Development at Central Carolina Technical College is offering a free forklift for beginners course from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily Wednesday and Thursday, June 14 and 15, at Lee County Adult Education, 123 E.
