Anthony L. Smith Sr., 58, husband of Wanda Ballard Smith, departed this life on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018, at Palmetto Health Tuomey.
He was born on Dec. 21, 1959, in Sumter, a son of Rosa Lee L. Smith and the late Claude Smith.
The family will receive friends at the home, 100 Hoyt Heights.
