Rebel likes to be held

Rebel, an 8-week-old tricolored male lab / hound mix, is available for adoption at the Sumter SPCA. He is sweet, loving, playful, affectionate and active. He is great with other dogs, puppies and children. Rebel adores being held and cuddled. The Sumter SPCA is located at 1140 S.
