Two Sumter County residents have been identified as suspects in recent thefts of packages and mail from other homes, officials say.
Sumter detectives and U.S. Postal Service agents are looking for Robert Paul Turner, 31, who is also known as Jeremy Blazer, and Anahea Nickolette Blazer, 25, according to Tonyia McGirt, public information officer for the Sumter Police Department.
Turner, who lives on Poole Road off County Road 43-543 in southern Sumter County near Furman Middle School, and Blazer, who lives on Joyce Street off Keels Road, which connects Wedgefield and Loring Mill roads, both face petty larceny charges after they reportedly took merchandise delivered to at least two homes in the city.
McGirt said they also could be tied to similar cases in Richland and Kershaw counties.
Turner is described as 6-foot-1-inch and 215 pounds who will "sometimes go clean-shaven."
Blazer is about 5 feet 4 inches and weighs about 152 pounds, McGirt said.
Both suspects have been reported seen traveling in a dark-colored 2006 Ford Explorer.
